Our story
Named for a woman who gave without counting the cost.
Bozoma Innovation Hub is named after Bozoma, the grandmother of our founder. Even from her sickbed, she thinks first of others. Her life has been a quiet, consistent lesson that the most powerful form of leadership is care.
BIH was founded by a son of Nzemaland who grew up knowing that the talent around him was never the problem. The opportunity was. He had to move to the city to find the trainings and networks that opened his world. This hub exists so the next young person doesn’t have to leave home to find theirs.

To unlock the potential of young people in underserved communities in Nzemaland by opening their eyes to what is possible and equipping them with world-class skills, mentorship, and opportunity, so that opportunity is no longer determined by geography.

Our hub is in Aiyinasi, in the Ellembele District of Ghana’s Western Region. We are hyper-local by design: we don’t operate from Accra, we operate from home. That is our whole point.
