Business Development and Operations Lead
The Business Development and Operations Lead is BIH's commercial driving force on the ground. This is a founding role for an ambitious, entrepreneurial builder who will introduce BIH's digital products and services to businesses, institutions, and professionals across Nzemaland, build lasting relationships in the community, and help shape how the Hub grows from the ground up. You will be close to the customer, close to the work, and trusted with real responsibility from day one. Community and Programmes Coordinator
The Community and Programmes Coordinator runs Bozoma Innovation Hub day to day. This is a founding role and the heartbeat of the Hub: you keep the doors open, the programmes running, and the community close. You will coordinate the delivery of our flagship 24 Karat Residency and our events, welcome and support the young people we serve, manage the space and its resources, and be the trusted, friendly face of BIH in Aiyinasi. You will work closely with the founder and the Business Development and Operations Lead. If you are organised, dependable, deeply rooted in the community, and you want to help build a lasting institution from the inside, this role is for you.
