Community and Programme Director
The Community and Programme Director is BIH's most senior local leader. This role combines community leadership, programme delivery, and operational oversight. The Director is the face of BIH—building trust with traditional authorities, managing local partnerships, and ensuring our accelerator programmes are delivered with world-class excellence. You are responsible for turning BIH's vision into a lived reality in Nzemaland.
Community and Programme Associate
The Community and Programme Associate is BIH's 'Growth and Content Engine.' Your mission is to build a massive distribution network for our mission. You will document the stories of local entrepreneurs, manage our social media, and produce content (photos, videos, and podcasts) that reaches the heart of Nzemaland and beyond.
