A young person from Nzemaland who, a year from now, is dreaming about competing on a global stage, earning remote or meaningful work, or building something of their own, without ever having had to leave home to do it.

We track every resident for 12 months
Our responsibility doesn't end at graduation. We stay with each resident for a full year afterward.
We report real outcomes
Work won, income earned, ventures started, opportunities reached. Honest numbers, not vanity metrics.
We measure belief
We ask each resident what they believe is possible for them, before and after, because changing that belief is the heart of our work.
