The idea
Pure gold is 24 karat. You don’t manufacture it, you refine it, removing everything that isn’t gold until what was always valuable finally shines.
That is exactly what we do. We take young people whose ability was never in question, only their access, and refine both the skill and the person into something the world recognises and rewards.

Every resident is trained through our own framework. We never stop at teaching you things. We make you prove what you know, publish it where the world can see, and act on it in the real world. Because it multiplies, your weakest part holds you back, so we build all of it at once. And because money is only an accelerant, you can start running this engine today, for free.
How it works
Before anyone specialises, everyone is brought to a strong common ground: digital fluency, professional communication, practical use of AI tools, and the work habits that decide whether anyone keeps a client or a job. This is where the refining begins.
You go deep in one of two tracks, guided by mentors, building real projects from day one.

Creative & Content
Graphic design, short-form video, and social media content, supercharged with AI tools. Graduate able to create professional creative work for local businesses, the diaspora, and clients anywhere in the world, and to build a content presence of your own.
Web Development
Build real, working websites, moving from foundations to projects you can put in front of a client or an employer. Graduate ready to build for local businesses and to keep climbing toward higher-value software and remote roles.

What you pay
Nothing
A place in the 24 Karat Residency costs around GHS 3,500 to deliver: your training, mentorship, materials, internet and power, and a full year of follow-up support. For many families in Nzemaland, that is more than a month’s income.
You will not pay a cedi of it. Someone who believes in talent like yours has covered it in full. We ask one thing in return: show up every day as if it cost you everything, because it cost someone something.
