This is not a training programme.
It is a six-month competition that builds world-class talent.
You will learn to use AI tools that give a three-person team in Aiyinasi the same creative and technical capabilities as a well-funded startup in London, Lagos, or San Francisco. Content creation, AI engineering, business development — skills that are rewriting what is possible for anyone, anywhere in the world.
But you will not just learn. You will build. Three teams, each running a real startup from zero. Real brand. Real website. Real social media. Real clients. Real revenue. Every week there is a brief. Every Friday there is a review. The scoreboard is public. The pressure is real.
At the end of six months, the best team wins. The best individuals get retained. Everyone who completes it leaves with a portfolio, a startup, and proof of what they are capable of.
Built for a specific person.
- You have finished high school or university, but the opportunity that matches your ability has not arrived yet.
- You are not looking for a handout. You are looking for a real shot — the kind that demands everything from you.
- You are based in or around Aiyinasi, or prepared to relocate before the programme begins.
- Full-time commitment: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Non-negotiable.
Six months. No shortcuts.
Applications are open. Every accepted participant enters Month One. Challenges, briefs, and live reviews run throughout the month to determine who has what it takes. By the end of Month One, nine participants are selected to continue as the founding cohort. Three teams. Six months. Everything to play for.
The nine selected participants form three teams of three. Each team builds and runs a real AI-powered startup brand from scratch. Weekly briefs set the challenge. Friday reviews settle the score. A live leaderboard tracks team and individual performance across all five months.
Every month escalates. The briefs get harder. The stakes get higher. The gap between who is serious and who is not becomes visible to everyone in the room.
A public showcase. Community members, invited judges, potential investors, and stakeholders gather to see what each team built, what they earned, and where they are going. The winning team takes the prize. Retention conversations begin.
