The idea
Pure gold is 24 karat. You don’t manufacture it, you refine it, removing everything that isn’t gold until what was always valuable finally shines.
That is exactly what we do. We take young people whose ability was never in question, only their access, and refine both the skill and the person into something the world recognises and rewards.
Our method

Every resident is trained through our own framework. We never stop at teaching you things. We make you prove what you know, publish it where the world can see, and act on it in the real world. Because it multiplies, your weakest part holds you back, so we build all of it at once. And because money is only an accelerant, you can start running this engine today.
How it works
The residency has three components that run alongside each other throughout your time at the hub.
You go deep in one of three tracks, guided by mentors, building real projects from day one. How fast you progress depends on the hours you put in each week.
Every resident also builds the skills that make technical ability count in the real world: entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and soft skills including presentations, teaching, leadership, mentoring, and professional communication.
Every resident is required to document what they are learning and the projects they are building, publicly. This builds your portfolio, your online presence, and the habit of sharing your work with the world.
Technical tracks
Robotics & IoT
Build real hardware projects: sensors, smart devices, and connected systems. Learn electronics, programming, and how to bring ideas to life with physical computing.
AI & Software Engineering
Learn to build software and work with artificial intelligence: from programming fundamentals and how AI systems work to shipping real web apps and AI-powered tools you can put in front of clients and employers.
Digital Media & Marketing
Learn to create and grow online: content creation, graphic design, video, social media, and digital marketing that helps businesses reach customers and builds work you can sell.
Who it’s for
You don’t need a degree or prior experience — and scholarships are available if cost is a concern. What you need is drive and the willingness to show up and do the work on the schedule you choose.

Available for those who qualify
A place in the 24 Karat Residency is valued at GHS 1,800 (GHS 300 per month): your training, mentorship, materials, internet and power, and a full year of follow-up support. This is a real investment in your future. Payment is made at your placement session.
If you’d like to apply for a scholarship, you can pick up a scholarship application form during your placement session. Whether you invest in your own place or a supporter invests in you, we ask the same thing: show up every day as if it cost you everything — because it cost someone something.

- 2You’ll be invited to a placement session at the hub to choose your technical track and the days and hours that work for you, discuss what the programme requires, and agree on your schedule
